@Dusan5EBD It actually looks okay to me for the most part for what it is and I like the colors. How did you create it? It doesn't seem to be an original illustration that you drew by hand. Is it a photograph you took (your copyright) that you applied a filter or illustration action to?

Hi @Dusan5EBD ,
I detect some edges that are not looking smooth. If this is not a photograph, but a digital raster art work, then it could be that the edges is the reason for rejection. When zoomed it does not produce smooth edges. That is one of the advantage of doing your artwork with Adobe Illustrator, thus producing vectors.
Best wishes

Hello,
More of an opinion, but to me, it doesn't look like one thing nor the other. Is it a photo, or illustration? From a composition side, I think it looks cluttered and messy, disjointed. What could it be used for commercially? What is the idea behind this?

Hello @Dusan5EBD . Too much noise reduction. This creates posterization of your photo and this is not wanted.
