Hi! Everyone
I tried to upload a seamless rotating Rubik's Cube on Adobe Stock.
It's been refused due to intellectual property.
The truth is it was just a tryout. I have a larger project with Rubik's Cube.
My question is: if I change the colors will it be approved?

You cannot use trademarks in images, description or keywords. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rubik's_Cube#Trademarks
You posted in the wrong forum. You should have posted in the stock contributors forum. I will move your entry there.
As for your Rubik's Cube, the cube is trademarked, so you can't use this to make stock assets.
See here and search for the cube: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/known-image-restrictions.html
Rubik's Cube is owned by Toronto-based toy maker, Spin Master Corp. They paid USD $50 million dollars to buy it. They will never give you a written property release to use this image commercially. So this is out. Discard the image and move on to your next one.
Read your Stock Contributor User Guide about trademark, copyright and Intellectual Property. It's important information to know.

You might be able to pass this project as Editorial. But other then that, your project will not be excepted whether you change the colours or not.

You can't submit this content as editorial. Editorial is a special asset type, that may be used only under restricted conditions, i.e. “Editorial use”. Editorial use is for example a blog article.
