Hello everyone
After my account was reinstated (following a 2-week suspension), I've seen a dramatic decline in my sales - from an average of 70 downloads a day to less than 10.

Has anyone else experienced such a significant drop in sales after getting their account back? I'm trying to figure out if this is normal or if there's something specific causing this issue. I would really appreciate it if anyone could share their experiences or insights on what might be happening and why there's such a drastic decrease in downloads. It would help me a lot to understand this better so I can make the necessary adjustments.

Thanks a lot in advance for your help!

This happens when an account has been suspended and is then reinstated. Algorhthms are reset and you're basically starting over as a new contributor. Things will pick up again over time. If it was ultimately determined that you did nothing wrong, that's frustrating. If you DID do something wrong, and you corrected it, that's the price you pay. But yes...this is normal.

Thank you so much for sharing this insight. It's reassuring to know that what I'm experiencing is considered normal and that there's hope for recovery over time

We have seen numerous reports of this post-deactivation sales slump. It is normal, and the assumption is that your account will gradually recover. Keep uploading a steady stream of new content to get your assets seen by Buyers and help your account recover.

That's normal. The account needs again to get up to speed. Continue contributing, and you will reach again your former sales numbers. BTW: flipuctuations may also be in relation with a lesser demand of your type of assets.
