The surfboard is overexposed, perhaps blownout in sections, there is chromatic aberration along the edges, and the sky is noisy.
The image is heavily overexposed as shown in the histogram:
In addition, there is a white balance issue, the shadow here is bluish:
Your phone's fake DOF did not properly identify the surfboard as being on the "sharp" layer; therefore, it gets out of focus in the upper area.
You should switch that feature off, as it is rarely correct. The swimmers in the background got also filtered in a very unnatural way.
