First of all, as a beginner I hope I use this forum correctly...

If so, I seek for guidance whether you think the attached picture is fit for purpose. I posted another version which was rejected because of artifacts. However, this was for good reason, I have to admit. Now I produced the picture paying more attention to noise, clear color and no artifacts such as sensor spots.

I would be inte3rsted in your feedback whether you believe this version is compliant with Adobe technical standards or where you still see flaws (there are still very tine halos around the posts of the bridge when zooming in)

thanks and regards

Arno

Hello,

Here are some examples that you have to be careful of avoiding. Adobe may reject it based on the following.

I think you have over-sharpened a bit. Notice some halos around the edges of the bridge:

This is an indication of over-sharpening.

I think you have used a bit too much noise reduction. The result is detail is being lost and you get a smudgy appearance - a bit like a painting:

Also take note of the edges here as well.

You have some other problems also:

Dear New Adobe Stock contributor. Welcome and best wishes. It will serve you well to go to the beginners guidelines to Adobe Stock Guidelines for you. Here you will learn what is acceptable and is not. You will benefit by looking at your work at 100 to 200% magnification where all the small flaws are exposed. Best regards, JH

I do enjoy this photo but it is not up to Adobe Standards just yet. FIx and resubmit.

Welcome to the forum. This is a nice sharp image. I believe there might be a technical problem. In my opinion, I believe the image is a little too close, I believe you should have included more of the road. This is what I think. However what I think is not final. What Adobe thinks is. What I am really saying is we might tell you there is an issue, when Adobe do not consider what we see a major one; or we might tell you there's none when Adobe finds many. To learn what is really required, the best to do is read all the guidelines you find. Follow them according to your understanding and submit. If there are rejections, depending on what rejection there is, if you are unable to identify the reason for rejection, then the forum will be able to help you to identify where the issue is. The link Joanh post is a good one. Also you need to read all the links on tagproducts_SG_STOCK-CONTRIBUTOR_i18nKeyHelppagetitle , especially the Adobe Contributor Guide document. At the end of the document, are some very important links also.

All the best

In the sky area you have some black flecks - artifacts maybe?

These were viewed at 108% in photoshop.

Compositionally, I tend to agree with Jacquelin - that you need more space at the bottom.

By the way - yes, you have used this forum exactly for its intended purpose.

Hi ricky336,

many thanks for your efforts to Point out some examples, These are extremely helpful to me. Seems I have to work on the right balance for noise reduction, sometimes I do too less, sometimes I do too much-. Also appreciate your and Jaqueline’s comment on composition, very helpful indeed

best regards

Arno
