Dear community members,
I have a question. We are a big family and all are working in IT, Grphics and Web. We all share connections and space. About 15 Persons are working as Graphic Designer in same house. We have 2 Landline Connections and do use our cellphones some times as well. And all of our accounts were de-activated last month. Now we don't know what exactaly have happened. It is so strange. We are not sure what's going on. And also don't know how to deal this situation. Any can guide us?
Regards

There are many reasons for which accounts are suspended, but all of them involve a violation of the T&C's or guidelines in some way. It seems that someone in the household might be running multiple accounts which can violate the T&C's. Or you've uploaded the same contents on more than one account. Or you've violated intellectual property rights by uploading someone else's work. Or there have been suspicious, possibly fraudulent sales on these accounts. The list goes on and on. Read the Adobe Stock Contributor Learn & Support help pages so that you can understand where you've gone wrong.

That's what confuses us. Every one has one account to his/her name. Which he/she is managing. And for sales we are 100% sure NONE of US has done that. That's what making us more confused. How is it possible that 10-15 accounts of different persons at the same time make a same mistake and all got closed/ de-activated? After one month and making lot of queries we don't know what has happened.

Sounds like you're running a factory and got flagged for violating one or more Stock Contributor Terms.

A human factory. Too much quantity; not enough quality.
