Should I include the t-shirt along with the design in the file?

Hi, simply by looking to this example 442879623

Should i include the t-shirt too in the uploaded .eps file! or only the design what is matter, and the preview image is something else, please someone explain.

That's a choice you have to make. There are no rules for this.

It's a commercial decision. Do you think your design will sell better or worse if it is made in two parts like this?  It's a little strange because the standard license for stock doesn't even allow the design to be printed on merchandising...
