Probably not. There are many inscrutable rejections for similars.

To date, I've had 323 assets rejected for similar content. Disappointment comes with the territory these days. 😉

Similar content rejection is understandable for ordinary photos like trees, cats, houses, or cars, but it’s really a shame when it happens to some beautiful images

Don't forget flowers. Yet I've had images of flowers (and dogs and cats) accepted multiple times since the similar content issue began. If you search the forum for "similar content," you'll see that many of us feel there is a high degree of randomness involved. It's why I don't try to second guess what will or will not be rejected for similar content. More frustrating still are assets that get rejected for quality issues, are fixed, and then get rejected as similar content. Again, very random.
