Did you contact Adobe via the "contact us" link? I believe that's when a case number is assigned.

I sent a few emails through the Contact us section. and they responded as shown. I asked why my account was locked! when you receive that email. I have explained why there is unusual activity, I want to ask is this the final conclusion of adobe?

the second email stating that the case have been resolved, from my understanding i would conclude - that if your account has not yet been restored- that's a terminate account block. but login back to check it it's unblocked or not.

That does not mean in your favor. All you can do is wait.
