I have a complaint about receiving payments from Skrill. I've just received a payment from Fotolia deposited into a new Skrill account. I want Fotolia to know that Skrill is awful. I had so much trouble trying to log in and now I'm locked out. There is NO immediate customer service. There is NO valid US phone support number. Email has no reasonable response time. The app was pretty useless when I tried to create a bank account to transfer money too. The link was dead end and it kept taking me around in an endless loop of asking for my email, password, and pin. All of which ended in my lockout because it wouldn't recognize what I submitted when creating my account.
