What was the refusal reason?

 

First:

Bad framing and blown out whites on the flower. Ghost image:

Out of focus.

Artefacts in the background:

Second: is underexposed as shown with the histogram:

The background contains noise and artefacts.

There is kind of a ghost picture:

The insect has no contrast.

The pictures are not really great ones, and if they would be accepted, they would not sell well.

These appear to be unedited cellphone snapshots which are rarely going to result in the quality demanded by Adobe. Additionally, flowers are very over represented in Adobe Stock already, so don't waste time uploading floral images.

maybe the pictures are a bit dark in the Background.

Look at the photos at 200%. There is camera shake or a halo around the flower petals in both photos.
