Subject: Review Delay – Files Pending for Over 29 Days

Dear Adobe Stock Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am an Adobe Stock contributor, and I have been regularly uploading content. However, some of my files have been in "Pending" status for over 29 days. Usually, the review process takes much less time, but it seems my queue is stuck.

Could you please check my account and let me know if there is any issue? I would really appreciate your help in getting my files reviewed.

Hello, here you are not directly addressing Adobe but a forum of contributors like you.
The waiting period for the moderation of your photos can be up to 8 weeks and sometimes more. Be patient and your turn will come.

I've been patient for 10 months for review of one of my pics. Am not too concerned - if I was I'd delete it and offer it elsewhere. I do wonder if that's a record, though 😉

You might try what I tried. It worked, but there's no guarantee it will work again. Delete the image. Resave the original and give it a different file name. Re-upload. Re-title it and reenter old and new keywords. When I did this, the asset was finally reviewed in a couple of days.

You are allowed in all cases to offer it elsewhere, as Adobe does not require exclusive access to your assets.

Sure, they gave you a stock answer. If indeed, they would target the answer to your personal request, they would not moderate anymore and only answer requests. There is no way to accelerate this, and you only have two possibilities: delete the submission and resubmit, or continue to wait.

It is a waste of time to send an inquiry to Adobe about review delays. You will always receive a canned response.

29 days is half of the 8 weeks waiting time that is announced. So you are still well in the acceptable timeframe. And nobody will check your account, and publishing your e-mail address here in this public forum is prohibited for security reasons.
