Submit file option is invisible

its a week already over and in review there is no file. Submit file option is gray right now. what problem here? when it will visible. ? 

need help from @admin of this stock.

I'm not sure to what you are trying to say. Do you mean you cannot upload files to stock? If so, what do you want to show us with the images you posted? The upload limits have changed and are controlled by Adobe. 
or are you talking about the forum? From your images, everything looks fine.

i can upload image, over 2000 photo still i didnt submit. you can see image what i shared.

problem is why dont submit option is gray, its already  a week over my previous files reviewd but still now ( Submit files ) button is gray.  you can see 2nd image that i given.

another thing how much limitation has right now for contributor stock?

• These limits are not a fixed number for all contributors. They are dynamic and based on several factors related to your account's performance and history, including:

  • Your weekly submission limit.

  • The maximum amount of content you can have pending moderation (in review).

  • Your approval rate and sales performance—a higher acceptance rate and more sales can generally increase your limit over time.

• When you reach either your weekly limit or the maximum number of allowed files pending moderation, you will experience a temporary pause before you can submit more content. The limit resets once the pending files have been reviewed or the weekly period resets.

In summary: There is no single published number for the submission limit, as it is customized per contributor. The system monitors your weekly submissions and the size of your queue waiting for review, basing your capacity on your submission quality and performance.
