Yes, support is not responding. They connected me to the relevant department and the relevant department does not say a single sentence. This is happened second time. I just asked a simple question about review time.
So my question is this: Adobe help documents saying review time took 7 days. But today day 7.
I sent images to adobe stock for selling. It is my first upload. think it's taking a long time because it's the first time upload. Images are waiting in review. No rejection, no approval. When does the process end? I am wondering.

Welcome to the Community Forum; looks like you're new here. While you're here take some time to review some of the other recent posts, and you'll see that review time is a frequent topic of discussion. It seems that you've submitted Generative AI assets, and review time for those is running at 1-2 months right now due to the many Contributors who have uploaded hundreds, or even thousands, as a time. There's nothing you can do to hasten the process. I think questions to Support on this topic are usually not responded to, because they just don't know. Review time depends on many factors, making it unpredictable. Be patient.

Also, you contacted customer support. But as a contributor you are NOT connecting as a customer, but s supplier. You have to contact contributor support, but they will not answer questions like this in less than a week.

Thanks for reply, in the chats in this image, one of support ask me about contributor, and said i will transfer you to the right team. But the result did not change much.

Yes, it looks as if he did not succeed. It would have been better if he had known that there is no live/chat support for Contributors. Unfortunately, this sort of thing is often reported for Chat - the chat is sent somewhere and never continues.
