Hello . I uploaded one artificial intelligence photo when I opened my account, but later, after the account was opened, I wanted to upload vector files to this account, but it examined a maximum of 51 files? Is this because I opened the account with an artificial intelligence file in the first place? He thought my files were my artificial intelligence files?
If I'm understanding your question, new contributors are limited to uploading 51 files initially. We aren't completely certain when the limit will be extended, but we're guessing it will happen after you've sold 50 assets.
The facts that you initially uploaded an AI asset and that your account submission limit is 51 are unrelated. All new accounts start off with a small submission limit, which is raised after your account has gained some history of sales and accepted assets. No one knows the exact formula, but keep on uploading good quality assets, and you'll eventually earn a higher limit.

Hello @nisa38168792n5zr,
We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind sharing some more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, system config (CPU/GPU/Memory), a public link to a sample file after uploading it to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc., and a screen recording of the problem (https://adobe.ly/3RTFCRZ), so we can investigate this further?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

All new accounts have the 51 assets limit in the waiting queue. That will change after some time, when you have established yourself as a good seller. This limit is thought to avoid you to clog the moderation queue with bad assets. You need first to learn what quality is needed to pass moderation. Check your assets for artefacts and delete those that are faulty. That will allow you to upload more good assets and that will improve your acceptance rate by a lot.
