Hello. I had a Fotolia account. I couldn't switch to Adobe Stock because I got an error after entering my Fotolia account username and password. Now I'm getting sales emails from Adobe Stock, but I don't have access to my materials. https://stock.adobe.com/ru/fotolia/login is not working for me. How can I get access?

Fotolia is offline. You need to create an Adobe contributor account and synchronize that with your Fotolia account.

I have now created a new contributor.stock.adobe.com account and entered my Fotolia account. I got a message that this account is already in use.
I think my Fotolia account is already connected to my Adobe account. But when I am logged into my Adobe account, and go to contributor.stock.adobe.com I get the message "New account creation is not available at this time." When I registered Fotolia and Adobe accounts I was in Russia, I think this is the problem.
But the problem with account migration was long before Adobe left Russia.

EDIT: The Fotolia homepage now redirects to Adobe stock. So, this is not any more possible.
Contact Adobe by using the Fotolia support screen on the Fotolia page (scroll down). They should be able to help you, based on what you reported here.

Sorry, I just checked that URL, and it does not show any more the Fotolia home page. So you need to contact contributor support for this: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/contact
