Without seeing the actual image, no one here in the Support Community will be able to give you any input as to why it has been rejected. We are not Adobe employees and cannot look into your database of uploaded images. If you are worried that we'll steal it, put your watermark on it before uploading.

What is it? It's quite blurry, and cut off at the edges... I just don't know what it's supposed to represent.

It was probably rejected for zero commercial appeal. Ask yourself honestly, who would buy this image? What would they use it for?

That's what I say: I share your appreciation, but it's not a technical issue. OP says: "technical issue", the other is "Aesthetic or commercial appeal".
