Unfortunately, your image is of a too-small size to find out what technical issue is present. Though this comes under white balance, contrast and saturation.

However, you could alter the exposure and white balance a tiny amount. Make it just a wee bit more orange. Perhaps something like this:

It’s all out of focus, the image looks like a phone sensor image, where the in-camera postprocessing took out all the noise T the cost of the image details. Such images look great on a small screen, but are unusable for stock.

Was this taken on a smartphone? Smartphone photos when enlarged tend to be smudged somewhat due to the noise suppression. It gives this kind of look. So, another rejection reason could be 'Artifacts' along with technical issues/image quality.
