I uploaded a couple of images. All of them are declined because of techical issues. Can you help me figure out whats wrong in my images?

I can see you are aiming for an artistic effect. Nice, but unfortunately Adobe Stock is not a gallery... That's too many to look at, but at a glance I can see you have many technical issue with focus and depth of field. Therre are blobs of light in some pictures. Adobe are looking to buy only world class commercial photography, and will not give details to help train the next generation of commercial photographers.

your plant photos are all underexposed and need sharpening. Light flares need to be removed. The photo with the girl needs the exposure in the sky darkened to bring back details. It also needs to be sharpened.
Something like this. But still sharper.

Are you doing any post-processing at all? These all appear to be straight out of camera, which is almost never going to be acceptable to the Moderators. Every image, no matter how carefully composed and exposed, needs post-processing.
