Technical Issues with a Cool Photo - Help me Learn so I can Improve These!

Hi everybody, just here to ask your opinion as to how I can change this image so it doesn't get rejected due to technical issues. Any help would be appreciated so I can continue uploading!

The picture is out of focus. Additionally, you have an IP problem with the logos on the shoes. You may also need model releases for the people looking-up.

Additional technical issues: noise and artefacts. Look at the red belt.
