Hello,

I had recently posted an image which was rejected due to technical issues, I googled about the restrictions later, as my picture had copyrights along with my name it would have been rejected i guess. If it was taken down for any other reasons please let me know I'll be glad to correct them for the next time. I'm very new to adobe stock and any sort of help would be appreciated. I have attached the image that was rejected.

the watermark disqualifies the picture for sure, but you have also washed out colours. I don't think that you can save the picture with a corrective action. But if you do, I think you should also increase the dynamics of the picture, as it is quite dark.
