When I zoomed in at 100% I noticed quite a bit of noise, some chromatic abberations, and some pixelation/lack of details. The street lights created some light flaring and haze. The exposure seems off to me, with some underexposed shadows and overexposed highlights. This is a pretty tough photo to get right from a technical standpoint with the mixed lighting conditions at dusk.
It's always around 100% zoom that technical flaws really show themselves.
Thanks for letting me critique your photo!

Hello,
The lens flare created by the street lighting is not good. It is also burnt out - the corner is a muddy white. Rather underexposed as well. The composition isn't good. It's rather a snapshot that you took. Did you just want to show the colourful sky?
It looks like it was taken with a smartphone - so the in-camera processing has also created artifacts like this:
The sky is 'speckled'.
