The first phooto is not sharp, the buildings are underexposed and the horizon is not level.

The second photo is underexposed and you need model release for anybody that can be identified.

Of course. The photos must be world class commercial photography. Horizon not level is a fault, a world class photographer can do better.

The composition has to be saleable. Such things as a level horizon and cropped objects fall in this category.

I also just noticed a sensor spot in the sky between the boat and the bouy. The white balance is also a little to cold. Here is a corrected photo as an example. I repeat, only an example.
