Hi, some of my last photos are rejected because technical issues, like this one, could you please help me why, with this photo for example.
I guess that my photos loses quality when I upload it, but its just an assumption.

1st answer is that your colour temperature (White Balance) is off. It is too magenta (the snow shouldn't be a magenta colour) and the exposure isn't good. Due to the fact you're shooting against snow, this can throw the exposure off as well as the white balance. White balance is a technical issue.
The photo dosen't lose quality when uploaded.

Just to give you an idea of the Wb problem:

And no, your pictures don't lose quality by uploading. They enter as is in the Adobe database. The transfer is a simple copy procedure with no parameter adaption and re-encoding.
