White balance, focus, composition and date time stamp. Sorry, but the photo does not meet Adobe standards.

Examine your image at 100-200% magnfication.  The quality is very, very poor.  

No focus, no details, faded colors. 

Adobe Stock customers would never be able to use this commercially.

It looks like an old, faded print that you have scanned in; the likelihood of any such image ever meeting the Adobe Stock quality standards is very low.
