JSZC7763_edited.jpg is underexposed, has a too-shallow depth of field, rendering parts of the image in soft focus, and too tightly cropped. To highlight what @Jill_C said about the food, take a close look at the potato. It appears blur.
Also there is a white balance issue. The photo looks slightly blue when zoomed in.
For the second photo, details are lost in the shadows and highlights. Also, it is excessively noisy.

The cityscape is blurry - I can't find anything actually in focus in the frame. If it were sharp, you would have had to remove all of the signs and logos to avoid an IP rejection.

Digital cameras are smarter than film cameras. But sometimes that smartness is more a curse than blessing. Have you taken any digital photography courses yet?
