Second image is clearly underexposed and probably also out of focus.

I don't think that you can save that one.

 

The first picture is exhibiting strong chromatic aberration:

Moreover, the rock is underexposed, but with the correct editing, you can save that one. Best would be if you shoot in raw.

 

May be something like this could pass:

Also sun flair is in the second photo and the highlight from the sun has destroyed details of the tree. You must always avoid shooting in the sun. The entire details of you subject must be visible. There must not be too much very dark areas.
