There is nose in the blues. In addition, the image is not very sharp, but it seems to me that the in-camera processing tried to compensate for that. The water has that strange painted texture that you get, when you de-noise and sharpen excessively. The colours are a bit oversaturated. The picture looks probably pleasant on your phone or tablet (as the processing is exactly working in that sense).

Adobe also expect excellent composition. They mention horizons: yours is not level and will fail for that alone.
