Hello eveybody, 

I'm new here, and I try to understand where are the technical problems that made my photo rejected. I would be greateful for any adviceDSC_6486.jpg

I agree with Nancy's assessment that this represents an IP violation; however, since the Moderator indicated the rejection was based on a technical issue, I think that issue is the faded, smudged area in the top center portion of the image.

The moderator can only use one rejection reason. That means that the moderator saw the technical issues and rejected, but even if it would be possible to correct those, you would get an IP-violation-rejection, if the card design is not your own.
