Your photos are too dark and not in focus. Look at them at 200%. The moss is not focused.

It appears that you tried to handhold the camera for this long exposure, because surely having the camera on a tripod would not have resulted in the rocks being so blurry.

Both files are out of focus, especially the first file. What is common with both is the lack of shutter speed. You need to increase shutter speed for moving objects.
