Can you tell me what is the problem why my photos are rejected?

1st photo: Strong JPEG artefacts
2. Photo: After zooming in, no details can be seen in the image
3rd photo: The saturation (blue) is too strong

In my opinion, these are not HDR photos. HDR would have evened out the exposure. Your shadows are way underexposed which causes halos between the light and dark areas. Also the focus is not good and the horizon is not level.

Exposure and colour are better, but still, the artefacts (e.g., the water waves), missing focus and washed out colours stay. There is no way to get such pictures accepted.

I think the photos are rather underexposed. They need to be brightened/lightened up a bit.

Please check your pictures at 100% for sharpness and 200-300% for artefacts. All of your pictures have excessive artefacts, noise, washed out colours. The 2 first are also underexposed, the third is oversaturated.

When you're photographing water, you need to know that no matter what, the horizon needs to be level.
