Hey, could anyone lend me a hand? My account ended up getting temporarily blocked over a copyright violation, but the thing is, I didn't actually break any rules. It seems there was a mistake in my title. I reached out to the support team via email, explaining the situation, but unfortunately, I haven't received a reply in the past 20 days. I'm kind of stuck here and not sure how to proceed. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
We aren't Adobe so we can't be of much help. I wrote support awhile back about an issue I was having with my Behance page. It took very long to hear back from them (at least a month and quite possibly two months). The problem in the meantime corrected itself. When I did hear back, I was givne the address of Behance support to ask them what is wrong. If you already contacted them, I guess you just need to have patience and a lot of it. You will hear back from them eventually. I know...it's frustr
...Adobe has blocked many, many accounts recently for IP violations, and it takes time to investigate those accounts and remove noncompliance assets. You will eventually receive a reply. If IP violations were numerous, you may be permanently blocked. If not, your account will eventually be unblocked.

I doubt a typographical error in a title or keyword was the reason your account was blocked. Most likely, it was for something more egregious.
Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:

2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party.

As @daniellei4510 said, we can not help. You must be patient.
I dont understand, you didnt break any rules but there was a mistake in your title. Then you did break a rule if you used a trademark in your title. If this was the case, you may have to wait quite a while. It is important, that Adobe has to protect themself against property violations.

Did you check your email spam folder for a reply? If they ask for more information, cooperate. Investigations sometimes take several weeks. Work on other projects while you're waiting.
