In my experience, this rejection reason is given to an image that doesn't have any technical issues or IP issues but also in Adobe's opinion isn't visually appealing or otherwise doesn't work well as a commercial image. I wonder how you envision this photo being used commercially?

This design also appears pretty unique and I wonder if it is considered Intellectual Property. Although it doesn't happen often, I wonder if the reviewer selected the wrong rejection reason here.
I hope you have better luck with your future submissions!

I agree with the assessment of @George_F . The design is incomplete, and the edges are not parallel. It probably could ave been rejected based on quality issues as well.

AESTHETIC OR COMMERCIAL APPEAL means that Adobe thinks that the image does not sell and should not be included in the database. Normally, this is used for images that have no quality issues and no IP issues. Your asset has both, quality and IP issues. And in addition, the moderator believes that it is not commercially viable. I agree with that.

Adobe Stock rejected it because it's unfit for commercial use. Nobody will buy it.
The framing is poor, the design is clipped and the camera angle is not straight.
