I can find it when I search by asset number, but not when I search by the title. I suppose if it was just added to the database, the indexing hasn't occurred, but if the problem persists, I suggest contacting Contributor Support using the contact us link in your account page.

I see the asset too: https://stock.adobe.com/video/campos-de-cultivo-al-atardecer-vista-de-dron/872319269?asset_id=872319...
How many keywords do you have? The title is somehow non-committing.
As @Jill_C suggested, you can contact Adobe contributor support for help: Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

hank you for contacting us.
Adobe is regularly evaluating what content is offered in each market based on customer demand. As we expand into new countries, we are building collections, starting with a selection of high quality images from our top sellers.
If you are logged into the Contributor Portal in a region where the Adobe Stock collection is offered, you may not see all of your content in your portfolio.
In order to see your complete portfolio you can change the region (in the footer on the far left). The US site is likely what you were used to see.

Second email, telling them I can't find it with the search bar :
After conducting investigation from our end, we would like to confirm that your content is visible in a search and your portfolio is active.
If you have any questions, or to update your case, simply respond to this email.
I think its a really poor answer.

Well, the first mail introduces you to the restricted countries. Up to my knowledge, there are currently two zones, restricted and non-restricted, and most of my assets are not visible in the restricted region.
What is your region? Brazil? Brazil is not a restricted region.
(BTW: you say "we". Who is "we"?)
The second e-mail simply says that the asset is well indexed, and can be seen by searching. In my experience, using the full title should bring up the asset. It looks as this is not the case, at least not for me. But it may well be that it needs time to appear to the search engine. I do not search my own assets.

I've my region in Spain, I don't think its a restricted region.
I was saying we because I included Jill_C in the amount of people who can't find it with the search bar jajja
We both tried to find it with the full title and it does not apear. I searched it because its my first video and I was happy to see it, and how it was positioned, I'll give it some more time to it, maybe it just requires time ^^

OK. I would use "we" only with people associated with me. Anything else, I would have referenced the people. I suppose it's because both of us, we are not native speakers.
I did search with the full title too, and I did not find it. That is strange because I've found any asset with the full title until now, at least since they started to index the title too. But searching for the full title never gives you a glimpse on how you are positioned. That is only possible by thinking like a potential customer and choosing carefully keywords to search for.

That's the weird part, no one can find it with the full title.
I'll try to change it.
Thanks for your time guys!
