I am a New Contributor from Indonesia.
https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/onboarding/sync-fotolia-1
I do not have Fotolia Account Contributor, so I choose "No, I am not. Proceed to the next step"
I have clicked, and the results is: "There was an error creating your account. Please try again."

It happened many times. I have clear cookies, I have tried several Browser, but still have that problem.
Please help me, Thank you.

I checked your Adobe ID and found you successfully created an Adobe Stock Contributor account today. It appears you are all set though the ID card you submitted for identity verification did not meet our requirements so you'll need to give that another try with a valid, government issued photo ID card.Kind regards,Mat Hayward
