It's not possible to detect whether it's in focus or whether noise is present from this tiny thumbnail, but the messy composition and underexposed shadows are evident.

The focus is on the plant leaves!

And why is this area in shadow?

The histogram shows an underexposed picture:

Now that I enlarged I could see that the focus was on the leaves of the plant, sadly not enough depth of field
