Having 200+ accepted photos in the last two month and 40 rejected I usually can figure out why a photo is rejected. But a little in the blanks about this one. What do you think? I suspect the focus on the tree?

Yeah, it's the focus - being the most obvious. The focus should be the other way round - less on the tree and more on the background.

This is purely a guess on my part, but I assume most people using Adobe Stock are using it in Photoshop in some way, although I don't assume that 100%.  So I like to think of it like this:. How would someone pull this into Photoshop and use it?
