Trademark State Flags

Hi, wondering if I can upload US state flags or regional flags of other countries? Videos made by software. Also wondering if I can upload sports team flags, etc. About country flags, everything is clear, the exception is the flag of Singapore.

Sports teams would not be allowed.

Search on the Buyer portal for existing flag images in the database. I think you'll find that there's already a lot of competition in that genre, so unless your flags are somehow unique, the chances of selling any are slim...
