TROUBLE WITH APPROVED FROM ADOBE STOCK - NEED HELP URRGENTLY

Hello Adobe Stock team!

I received a notification that one of my submissions was flagged as AI-generated. I would like to clarify that all content in this submission was entirely created by me using 3D software.

Details: Software used: 3ds Max, Vray

Renderer Scene files : attached below

Render process: fully manual, no AI tools were used I have attached the screenshoot to verify authenticity.

Please review them, as this content is fully original and compliant with Adobe Stock guidelines.

If you wanna myself to send you 3DSMAX files, just let me know, but woories that iss verry heavly files.

They've send email to myself immediately but the problems has not solved yet, I need them to re work on their review as all my pictures were created my myself, that's frustrating!

This happens more often than it should. Adobe should include a checkbox for 3D submissions.

Also, have you tried re-submitting? With luck you'll get a more astute moderator who can tell that your renderings are 3D.

Resubmit with a signed property release by you as the 3D artist.

Problem solved.
