Trying to understand Intellectual Property Violation

Here are 2 images that were rejected for Intellectual Property Violation and I don't understand why. Any help would be appreciated.

My guess is the gardens are so unique that the owner would be able to identify them as his or hers.  Unlike a park setting that is public, these appear to be private.  Perhaps a note to the owner if known asking permission to use the photo would help.
