Hi,

I have over 140 image that have been approved .  But when I log in as a buyer and search for them I cannot find any of my images.  Is there something I have done?   Why can't I find them?  Is there a way to talk to a person about this problem?  I can't find a support phone number. And when I enter my Portfolio I can't find any data .

What is your portfolio URL? If you are located in a restricted access country, you won't be able to see your assets until they passed an additional vetting. This won't hurt your sales, as most of the world can buy your stuff.

Hi @Mixed Up ,

Did you look for them on your profile page?

You find the link to your profile page when you click on "Contributor Account" at the top of your contributor page. Click on "See my public profile". All your files should be there. If they are there, they are in the marketplace. If not let us know.

You are competing against thousands of contributors and millions of imges. This is why selling on Stock is a side-hustle and not a way to make a living outside of a few that do so. And also why you should choose your titles and keywords wisely.

When I attempted to find a particular image of mine on stock.adobe.com, it never showed up until I entered my exact keywords in the Search box. Previously, I had entered a search string that I was confident my image was unique enough to pull it up. It was not. Thousand of images with similar compositions, subjects and concepts appeared. There is nothing new under the sun.

I'm retired, so I have more time than most to post images for review and then title and keyword them. My financial return is minimal at best. In additon, I joined Adobe Stock late in the game so I expect it will be at least two years before I have enough images available to see sales on a daily basis. I now have just over 800. My estimate is that one must have 7000-1000 before one can expect daily sales.

Stock is not the cash cow YouTubers would want you to believe. If it were, they'd be busy uploading images rather than producing videos showing you how easy it is. And YouTube views/subsciptions are most likely making them more money than someone relatively new to Adobe Stock.

So you're stuff is there. When you're talking about turning stock into a side hustle rather than a full-time job, you best move on.
