For the past few days, I’ve been unable to submit new files to my Adobe Stock contributor account. The system keeps showing a message that I’ve either reached my weekly submission limit or have too many files pending review.
However, my pending files have already decreased significantly, yet I still can’t upload new content. I would really appreciate it if you could check my account status and let me know why the submission option remains disabled, and when it might be available again.

You are not adressing the Adobe contributor support here. That one can be reached as described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html
But the situation may be completely OK, as you do not tell us, how many assets you still have waiting for moderation. Adobe adapts these parameters on the fly and they wont tell us an exact number for a specific user.

Adobe sets a weekly submission limit on each account dynamically based on parameters abd formulas that aren't revealed to us. You will have to discover your limit yourself by observing your account activity. Adobe has always recommended a "slow but steady" approach to submissions rather than submitting large batches.

Submission limits were imposed to reduce backlogs.
The best approach is to focus more on quality and less on quantity.
Submit 2-3 of your very best assets per day, instead of 50.
Review can take 6 - 8 weeks. It varies based on season and availability of Reviewers.
Good luck.

...and to discourage those spamming the system with bad assets... They will need to select now, submitting only the best ones.
