How to upload file type AI/EPS, JPEG and PNG in 1 file?
I only upload these files in a separate file.

You don't. You only upload the Illustrator file, Adobe will generate the PNG file from the Illustrator file, when someone buys a licence and wants to download the PNG file. Idem for JPEG.
