Upload video to adobe stock

When I upload my video in filezilla to adobe stock, it is divided into several files, not a single video in mac.

Which encoder did you use to transcribe to video? 

What file type -- .mov, .mp4?

Your screenshot shows JPEG files. Neither Filezilla, nor Adobe stock do modify your file formats.You created the data like that.

This is the video that I uploaded in mp4. When Adobe receives it, it converts it into 1,2,3,4,0, second videos.

A 0 s video shows nothing. It is even not a photo. 

 

Your answer does not explain why you show JPEG files in your screenshot.

Which software did you use to transcribe it to MP4?

 

A video should be approx 15 seconds long.

Did you read the Video Requirements from your Stock Contributor User Guide?
