Dear Consultant, I have uploaded some video files recorded on the camera and it has been approved. Sound was also recorded during the video recording. The video file with sound has been approved. Will having audio with a video cause any problems with the account? What do the Community Guidelines say about this?

No, sound is OK, but if there is an offvoice speaking, you will need to include a model realease for that. If you have, just for example, a barking dog, the sound will add autenticity, and the buyer can easily remove the sound, but it's much more difficult to add a corresponding sound, if that is missing.

Have you read the video content requirements on the Learn & Support help pages? Everything you need to know is listed there.

Ambient sound that's relevant to the stock footage is OK if the quality is acceptable.
For example, traffic noises, or the sounds of a subway train.

Don't add audio music or sounds effects.
Audio of spoken words, music or singing would require model release forms.
Hope that helps.
