I have uploaded video, it was approved and listed in my contributors dashboard. But it is not shown in my public profile. not searchable and not accessible via direct link (error 404).

The dimensions (3072X2048) are not compliant with the Adobe Stock requirements. You must submit your clips in one of the size options listed in video file specifications: Requirements for contributing video to Adobe Stock

No, the system does not work that way. The off-size video clips do appear in search at Fotolia. They will be approved but can't be displayed at Adobe Stock. It's up to the contributor to ensure compliance with the required specifications.
