Uploaded Photos Accepted But Not Showing in Release etc

Hi, My One Photo which i upload 9 months ago and my one video i uploaded hmm 1o days ago are already accepted because i got mails about but these to files are not showing in Uploaed Page: any where in accepted,  remnider, release , not accepted and new..... but when i goto Dashboard: these two files are just only showing in all (2) ony and not showing in videos, photos etc.

please fix my problem,, what to do?????

i attached images of uploaded page and Dashboard....look at please.

Hi @JA5EB1,

1. Restart your computer.
2. Switch to a different browser like latest Chrome or Firefox that accepts cookies and does not contain script blockers of any kind.

3. If you continue to have difficulties, contact Stock Contributor support from the link in your dashboard.

hi i used another browser but same issue ,,, give me a answer if we upload photos and then adobe accepts it then photos are auto submitted to stock? or we need to submitte?

Adobe accepts or rejects.

You cannot see the photos or videos accepted on the uploaded page.
While all of them are selected in the dashboard, both photos and videos should appear at the bottom. If you choose the photo or video, only the photos or video will appear below. If it does not appear even though you have selected it, you can open it in a new tab by right-clicking while selecting it, and if it is still not visible, you can refresh the page with F5.

This issue is caused by the implementation of localization in Adobe Stock. For example, most pictures are not shown in Türkiye. I was having the same problem and this is how I solved it. First, I deleted all Adobe Stock cookies in the browser. Then I signed into Adobe Stock over a European Country with VPN. After that they keep appearing even though I turn off the vpn. You should give this a try.

If they were accepted they will be shown on your dashboard. Not by Uploaded Files.

You have resurrected a thread that is more than 1 year old. Your question isn't clear. What do you mean by the "-" sign on your Dashboard?
