Nice, but I do not think it will be accepted.

1. Your logo is not allowed. 

2. The shadows are underexposed.

3. The highlights are partialy overexposed.

4. The editorial work around the hand is not good.

Hello, i noticed your comment about the logo, today i contacted support and asked about wether or not it would be ok to include  my Watermark/logo  in stock photography and they stated that it would be fine to include that. was this false or is it just something related to portraits. @RALPH_L

What support did you contact? For contributors, ther is only one support relevant, and that is contributor support: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

And yes, watermarks on submitted pictures are a no go. For this forum, you can add them, but you should state that you did submit without. And the watermark should not cover the image, so that an image critique gets difficult. A Watermark on submitted pictures would result in a Non-Compliant refusal. But please note: the moderator refuses on the first error he or she sees. So, there may be multiple different errors in an image.

It was Adobe support  i do beleive. Thank you for that contributor support link, as well as  the user manual.

Adobe customer care is, as the name implies, for customers. They are not competent for contributor support, which is focussing on other issues.

Whoever you contacted to get this opinion is misinformed. Adobe Stock Help pages clearly state that any text or watermarks are prohibited, and we've seen many, many rejected images here on the forum rejected for just that reason.

Do: Zoom in 100% and check your file before submitting.

Don’t: Compress files too much—this creates irreparable pixelation.

In addition to Ralph's comments, the eyes are not in focus. That's the first place I look in a portrait, and the moderators probably do the same thing.

You need better control of your lighting. It is uneven. The shadow areas are just too dark. It is just a black mess!

The picture is so over processed and underexposed. Adobe stock is best for nicely processed images that look like they are not at all processed. If you can achieve this natural look, you will have a great acceptance rate.
