Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Relations Team,
I am writing to express my profound shock, disappointment, and indignation regarding the sudden and, I believe, entirely unjustified suspension of my contributor account, 211011551.
I have been a dedicated and compliant contributor to the Adobe Stock community, consistently adhering to all submission guidelines and Terms of Service. The reason for the deactivation that you have provided to me simply does not align with my conduct or the content in my portfolio. I have reviewed your stated reasons, and I assert unequivocally that I have not violated them.
The timing and nature of this suspension force me to consider a deeply troubling possibility: that this decision is rooted in a political bias rather than a genuine breach of contract.
I am a citizen of Russia, but for the past four years, I have been a legal and permanent resident of Montenegro. My work, my life, and my economic activity are entirely separate from any geopolitical considerations. My nationality is a fact of my birth, not a measure of my compliance with your platform’s professional rules. My citizenship should have absolutely no bearing on my status as an honest content creator on your site.
This account is not merely a hobby; it is a significant source of my professional income and a platform I have invested years into building. To have it suddenly and unfairly blocked, potentially based on discriminatory grounds related to my origin, is not only financially damaging but also profoundly disheartening.
I demand a thorough, impartial, and human review of my account. I urge you to look beyond any potential political or national biases and examine my portfolio and account history based solely on the merits of my adherence to your Contributor Terms.
I expect a substantive response that details the precise, specific evidence of any alleged violation. If no such evidence exists, I insist on the immediate reinstatement of my account.
I await your urgent action and resolution.
Sincerely,
Irina Solovarova, Contributor ID: 211011551 Associated Email: [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] Current Residence: Montenegro

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we can do nothing to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so only slows down Adobe's investigation

What makes you think that Adobe would act now, as the reason you are invoking happened 3 years ago? If this had been politically motivated, it would have been a legal requirement from the US government. So it could not be a breach of contract. Adobe has, as of your contributor terms and conditions, the right to suspend any account, without giving a reason. You did accept these conditions.
The issue is probably related to your assets, or your sales. But as we all are contributors ourselves, there is nothing we can do for you. Adobe will not discuss publicly the reasons of your dismissal on this public forum. Use the contact us link on the blocking screen to get in touch of the Adobe contributor team. Do not expect this to be very fast, as they are having probably dedicated little resources to this issue.

If your account was terminated, it was for violation of the TERMS you agreed to when you joined.
