URGENT: [Bangladesh +880] Contributor Account Blocked by SMS/OTP Systemic Failure - Need Manual ID V

To the Adobe Stock Contributor Moderation Team,

 

I am from Bangladesh and trying to set up my first contributor account. I am currently blocked due to a systemic technical failure with the mobile verification process.

 

Issue: I cannot add my mobile number and also dont receive the SMS/OTP code to verify my number (+880-XXXXXXXXXX) for any Adobe service (standard ID or Contributor setup).

 

History: I have spent days in Customer Care chat and email (Case ADB-42263060-F8B0), but the generic support teams cannot resolve the technical block.

 

Action Required: I urgently require a manual account review and I am ready to submit my government ID (National ID) immediately to a specialist.

Please assign a Contributor Support moderator to process this manual verification directly.

I am not geeting any help from chat with agent nor by email. Adobe is sending me only generic mail with some links and those dont solve my problem. Why I cant add my mobile number?

But there is no other solution than to contact customer care. This is a customer care issue and it is because it concerns your Adobe ID. We here can't help. And there is no e-mail support. If you can't verify your phone number, you can't contribute. And it seems that this is not an individual issue, but concerns all people from your country. So it looks like Adobe cannot handle phone verification for your country. 

I'm sorry that we can't be of more help.

There have been many reports here of this same issue with phone numbers in Bangladesh, which Adobe has apparently not yet addressed. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we here in the contributor community can do to assist.

My guess is that there are issues with phone numbers of countries, where Adobe does not do buisness, meaning selling plans. The contributors seem to be only a colateral of this, as the stock team at Adobe has introduced the phone verification requirement to assure that contributors do not create multiple accounts.
